Public Relations Associate
The Public Relations Associate supports primarily the Events and Alumni Relations activities of the department. The associate is also expected to learn and know the work relating to the Development activities of the department and be in a position to pitch in as needed. Primary responsibilities include involvement in and support of the planning, organization and implementation, assessment and follow-up relating to events and in the planning and coordination of initiatives of all types relating to alumni. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, recording and maintaining alumni and constituent data in the institution’s database and preparing reports and analyses as needed; handling day-to-day communications in print and electronically; working with and preparing word and PDF documents, excel spreadsheets, and powerpoint presentations; handling multiple and concurrent administrative tasks;assisting in organizing and conducting guest and group visits and tours as well as conducting alone guest and group tours in both Greek and English languages.
Reports to: Associate Director of Alumni Relation and Community Engagement.
